Historic student membership card of the Czechoslovak Sokol Organization from the period 1922-1924 with stamps, without photograph. This card comes from the early period of the First Czechoslovak Republic when the Sokol movement experienced great expansion after gaining independence. The student card was intended for young members of the Sokol movement who participated in regular exercise and education. The Czechoslovak Sokol Organization was the supreme organization of the Sokol movement, which had fundamental importance for physical and national education of Czechoslovak youth. The years 1922-1924 were a period of building the new republic and consolidating the Sokol movement after World War I. Stamps on the card prove membership validity and participation in Sokol activities. A card without photograph was the standard format for youth membership in this period.
