Original program from the XVI. edition of Evžen Rošický memorial organized by Slavia Praha on June 9-10, 1965, at Strahov Stadium. This 12-page program documents one of the most significant athletics memorials in Czechoslovakia. Evžen Rošický (1914-1942) was an exceptional Czechoslovak middle-distance runner who tragically died during World War II. The memorial became a prestigious international athletics event attracting top world athletes. Strahov was the world's largest stadium and ideal venue for such an event.
