MV ČSTV stands for Ministry of Interior of the Czechoslovak Union of Physical Education, which was a sports organization connected with state security forces in socialist Czechoslovakia. ČSTV (Czechoslovak Union of Physical Education) was the main organization governing sports and physical education in the country.
