Authentic ČSTV (Czechoslovak Union of Physical Education) membership card from Libochovice from 1958, registration number 0510 787, containing 12 pages with membership stamps affixed from 1958-1960. Libochovice is a town in the Ústí Region and the physical education organization here had a tradition in developing local sports. ČSTV was the main organization governing sports and physical education in socialist Czechoslovakia. The affixed membership stamps from 1958-1960 prove active membership and regular payment of fees. Twelve pages of the card provided space for recording all activities and payments. The late fifties was a period of building the socialist sports system. Rare memorabilia for collectors of sports documents, lovers of Czechoslovak sports history, or those interested in sports organization during the socialist period.
