Rare book "Život bez nadějí Nováka, Masopusta a Pluskala" (Life Without Hope of Novák, Masopust and Pluskal) by authors Brůna, Holubec and Steiner from 1968, 1st edition published by Olympia in a print run of 15,000 copies. This hardcover publication contains 164 pages and 20 supplements. The book features a personal dedication "To Pepík, sincerely dedicated by Vít Holubec, Feb 19, 1968". The publication chronicles the careers of three significant Czechoslovak footballers - Novák, Josef Masopust (1962 Ballon d'Or winner) and Pluskal. The year 1968 was significant not only in Czechoslovak history but also for football. The personal dedication from co-author Vít Holubec makes this copy even rarer.
