Monumental autobiography "Tenis byl můj život" (Tennis Was My Life) by Jan Kodeš in collaboration with P. Kolář, published by EV in 2006 in hardcover, containing 798 pages of the complete life story of the tennis legend. Jan Kodeš is the greatest figure in Czechoslovak tennis, two-time French Open winner (1970, 1971) and Wimbledon champion 1973. The book captures his journey from the beginnings to the peak of world tennis during the time when Czechoslovak tennis dominated the world stage. Kodeš was also a member of the victorious Davis Cup team in 1980.
