Rare information plan from the XI. General Sokol Rally in Prague 1948 in folding format. The XI. All-Sokol Rally was the last free Sokol rally before the movement was banned by the communist regime and was held in June 1948, just months after February 1948. This rally had enormous symbolic significance as a farewell to the free Sokol movement and democracy. The information plan in folding format contained practical information for participants - program, maps, instructions, and event schedule. The 1948 rally had record participation of over 300,000 gymnasts and was the largest Sokol event in history. The folding format was practical for easy use during the rally. After 1948, the Sokol movement was banned and such documents became rare. Unique memorabilia for collectors of Sokol documents or lovers of the last free rally.
