Expert note – FAQ

Why does the ticket say Chance Arena?
Stadion Střelnice in Jablonec nad Nisou once carried the sponsored name Chance Arena, which also appears on tickets from 2012. Later tickets show the name Stadion Střelnice again. Such name changes help place tickets precisely in time.

What was the Gambrinus liga?
Gambrinus liga was the sponsored name of the Czech top football division, used for many years until 2014, when it was replaced by Synot liga. Tickets bearing the Gambrinus liga name or logo therefore belong to an earlier era of the Czech league.

What is the hologram sticker on a ticket for?
The hologram sticker on the ticket served as protection against forgery and as proof of authenticity. On tickets sold through Ticketstream it is usually found on the right-hand side. Its presence helps collectors tell an original from a copy.
