A piece of volleyball history from the 1960s! An athlete registration card of the Czechoslovak Physical Education Union (ČSTV) for volleyball, issued in 1960 for a Prague player. The cover bears a red Odbíjená (volleyball) stamp with central registration number 18755. Inside are a mounted ID photo, the stamp of the central volleyball section of the ČSTV and, in the basic registration, the stamp of the volleyball section of TJ Spartak Aritma Praha. The registration stamp and performance class fields are blank. Three leaves.
